The Roles

  • The mission of this role will be to carry out the assignments and any additional function assigned by the line manager:

Executive Assistant Duties

2. Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Officer, M/F

Roles and Responsibilities (Mission)
To ensure timely validation and correct coding of Supplier invoices, you should be able to:

  • Book and validate invoices – ensure invoices received are properly booked with correct header (taxes, payment term, priority, description accounts flex keys etc.
  • Match Vendors’ invoices with Purchase Order (PO) with necessary back ups
  • Ensure non-Purchase Order (PO) invoices received are scanned and sent for approvals with necessary follow up for feedback within 72 hours – No delays in the approvals of non-PO invoices
  • Archive of AP invoices – ensure all invoices are archived correctly in a well-documented excel file for easy reference.
  • Assist credit officers in the areas of invoices back-ups upon the approval of the AP Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Accounting Degree and student membership of relevant professional body ICAN, ACCA
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.

Roles and Responsibilities
Mission:

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of Operational Standards and HSE expectations across the entire organization (Subsea, Marine and Logistics, Mobility, Bases, Offices, Accommodations etc.) in line with statutory, regulatory, clients and other stakeholders’ expectations.

Description & Outcome/Performance Indicators:

  • Deploy the Operational Standards across the entire organization.
  • Improve safety of operations
  • Ensure a formalized HSE competency development for HSE team.
  • Enhance administrative, supervisory and managerial competencies of HSE team.
  • Optimize cost and time for remote participation in Safety meetings. Budget compliance.
  • Develop and manage ‘Safety’ campaigns and solutions for operational safety.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Education: Minimum of postgraduate qualification in Sciences, Engineering, HSE or Management (M.Sc., MBA etc.)
  • Work Experience – Minimum of ten (10) years postgraduate experience working in a core HSE role out of which Seven (7) of those years must have been spent at HSE Management level within the group / Organisation or in a similar position in a multi national in the Marine or Oil and Gas Industry
  • Languages: English (4 – Professional ++++).

Technical and Operational HSE Competences

  • Audit/Inspection: Know  audit  methodologies  and  how  to  perform  gap  analysis  as  well  as  closure recommendation.
  • HSE Culture: Know-how to promote and lead HSE culture and awareness in the organization.
  • HSE Implementation: Able to adapt HSE guidelines into Organization’s to organizational strategy and deploy across the whole areas of operation.
  • HSE Regulation: Knowledge of national and international HSE legislations and regulations: SOLAS, MARPOL, ISO14001, OSHA, etc…
  • Incident investigation: Know-how to analyse and manage incidents (reporting, event management, investigation, root cause analysis, closure & follow-up)
  • Marines Standards: Know industry standards: OVID, OSM standard, ISM, IMCA. Know-how to perform OSMSA.
  • O&G and Marine: Know industry standards, operations and best practices, keep abreast of news, development and trends, actively represents Company within the industry and fosters beneficial networks.
  • Risk Management: Knowledge of Risk Management tools & methodology, know-how to perform risk assessments, know-how to build risk management processes and to implement risk mitigation plan.

4. Job Title: Second Engineer (AHTS/TUG) M/F

The Roles

  • Acting as the Chief Engineer’s assistant. Second Engineers are familiar with all machinery, steering gears, pumps and main engine maintenance.
  • He will assist in the supervision of engine room ratings and gives them their daily work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out and control watch keeping duties and related maintenance / tasks as required by the PMS and instructed by the Chief Engineer
  • Assist the Chief Engineer and learn all aspects of his duties with a view to eventual promotion
  • Allocate duties to the junior engineers and oilers
  • Committed to Safety and Company Procedures in all tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Second Engineer (AHTS):

  • Minimum 2 Anchor handling/towing/rig move project
  • Must possess STCW CHIEF Engineer III/2 license
  • 6months exp. as 2nd Engineer
  • Winch operator
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting

Second Engineer (TUG):

  • Minimum 2 towing project tanker lifting/berthing
  • Must possess STCW Second Engineer III/2 license
  • 6months as 2nd Engineer
  • Winch operator
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Applicants for the position must meet all Manila 2010 STCW certificate requirements, ability to use MS Applications and a good understanding of English language

Minimum level of experience required:

  • 3-4 years

Licenses (seafearers only):

  • Second Engineer <6000 KW (A-III/2)
  • Second Engineer <8000 KW (A-III/2)
  • Second Engineer Unlimited (A-III/2).
