Applications are cordially invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive - Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Country responsibility of the Bosch workshop concepts (BCS, EBCS, BDS, and modules)
  • Develop contacts and sales leads to Chinese companies operating in Nigeria 
  • Develop contacts and sales to Chinese retailers in the hardware environment
  • Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility for the acquired accounts
  • Development either direct user relationship or in close cooperation with related retail partners
  • Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing for individual measures
  • Systematic follow-up on visits and planning, using a Sales CRM system
  • Instruction and training of newly acquired accounts, either retail staff or user trainings
  • Research for potential new customers and partners

 

Competencies and Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in business administration, or its equivalent

  • Quality experience in a similar position

  • Fluent in Chinese language is Compulsory

  • Entrepreneurial thinking

  • Autonomous working manner, dynamic and self-motivated character

  • Sales knowledge/expertise: negotiation skills, customer orientation, service mindset

  • Analytical skills, working and analyzing complex data

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally

  • Technical product affinity, ideally experience in hardware industry

  • Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally
